Red Frogs: Age 5

The Red Frogs Class focuses on teaching students strong handstands, cartwheels, limbering skills and introduces basic strength exercises. Before you know it, students will be performing REAL gymnastics skills and have the strength and coordination to begin mastering advanced gymnastics skills more quickly and pick up other sports with greater ease as a result of the coordination, agility, flexibility, strength and confidence they will gain in the Red Frogs Class.
